The Ralt RT4 is a race car built by Ralt in 1980 for Formula Atlantic (and sometimes raced in Formula Two). It was later turned into a closed‑wheel prototype for the revived Can‑Am series (1982–1985), where it had modest success, with one podium, one class win, and a best finish of second.

In Australia, the RT4 was a popular choice in Formula 1 and Formula Mondial during the early to mid-1980s. Roberto Moreno won the Australian Grand Prix driving an RT4 in 1981, 1983, and the final 1984 race; Alain Prost won in 1982. Other F1 stars who drove RT4s in Australia included Jacques Laffite, Andrea de Cesaris, Alan Jones, Nelson Piquet, Keke Rosberg, and Niki Lauda.

The RT4 was usually powered by a naturally aspirated 1.6 L Ford BDA four‑cylinder engine, producing about 220 horsepower. It used an aluminum monocoque chassis with a fiberglass body and weighed around 474 kg (1,045 lb).
