Roosevelt is a small census-designated place in Gila County, Arizona. It sits on the western edge of the county, just south of Theodore Roosevelt Lake on the Salt River. The western edge of Roosevelt borders Maricopa County. As of 2020, about 26 people lived there.

The area is roughly 3 square miles, mostly land with a tiny bit of water. Arizona State Route 188 runs through Roosevelt, linking it to Globe (about 31 miles southeast) and Payson (about 48 miles northwest). The Apache Trail, State Route 88, has its northern end just west of Roosevelt at the Theodore Roosevelt Dam. This scenic byway is mostly unpaved in parts and leads southwest to Apache Junction near the Phoenix area. Roosevelt is near Tonto National Monument to the southeast.
