Rafik El Hamdi

Rafik El Hamdi (born 3 January 1994) is a Dutch-born Moroccan footballer who plays as a midfielder for Sportlust ’46 in the Derde Divisie. He was born in Purmerend, Netherlands, and is 1.80 m tall.

Starting in youth teams EVC and FC Volendam, El Hamdi played for Volendam’s first team from 2015 to 2018. In July 2018 he moved to CR Al Hoceima in Morocco, staying for about six months before leaving. He then returned to the Netherlands, playing for Eemdijk (2019–2020) and VVOG (2020–2022), before joining Sportlust ’46 in 2022. Internationally, he has represented Morocco at the U23 level, earning one cap in 2016 in a 1–0 friendly win over Cameroon U23s.
