Radek Martínek (born August 31, 1976) is a Czech former professional ice hockey defenseman. He played in the NHL mainly for the New York Islanders and also for the Columbus Blue Jackets, finishing his career with the Islanders.

He was drafted 228th overall by the Islanders in 1999 after spending five seasons in the Czech Extraliga with HC České Budějovice. Martínek became a steady part of the Islanders’ defense from 2001 onward.

In 2011, he signed with the Columbus Blue Jackets. He began the 2011–12 season with Columbus but suffered a season-ending concussion on October 21, 2011, along with other injuries.

During the 2012 lockout, Martínek returned to České Budějovice and played briefly. When the lockout ended, he signed a one-year deal with the Islanders on January 13, 2013 to help the team.

Internationally, Martínek won a gold medal with the Czech Republic at the 2001 World Championships and bronze in 2011. He is married to Jana and has two daughters, Veronika and Anna. He was born in Havlíčkův Brod, Czechoslovakia, and is 6 feet tall, about 206 pounds. His career spanned 1995–2014.
