Rachid Nadji (Arabic: رشيد ناجي; born 15 April 1988) is an Algerian footballer who plays as a striker for MO Béjaïa. He was born in Dellys, Algeria, and is 1.85 meters tall. Nadji began his senior career with NARB Réghaïa, then played for ES Sétif (2011–2014) where he scored 19 goals in 46 league appearances. He joined USM Alger (2014–2016) and later returned to ES Sétif (2016–2018). He then spent time with MC Oran (2018–2020) and NA Hussein Dey (2020–2022). In 2022 he moved to Al-Nahda in Saudi Arabia, followed by HB Chelghoum Laïd (2022–2023) and CA Batna (2023–2025). He joined MO Béjaïa in 2025.
