Qutlugh Nigar Khanum (died 10 June 1505) was the first wife and chief consort of Umar Shaikh Mirza II, ruler of the Ferghana Valley. She was a Moghulistan princess, daughter of Yunus Khan and Aisan Daulat Begum, and a granddaughter of Uwais Khan. Through her father she traced descent from Genghis Khan.

In 1475 she married Umar Shaikh Mirza II, and they ruled Ferghana Valley. In Andizhan she gave birth to their son Babur on 14 February 1483, who would later found the Mughal Empire in India. She also had a daughter, Khanzada Begum, born about 1478.

After Umar's death, Qutlugh and her mother helped raise Babur and supported him during his early campaigns. She died after a six-day fever in June 1505, not long after Babur conquered Kabul, and was buried in the New Year’s Garden, with Babur paying 1,000 misqal to the garden’s owners.
