Boxing at the 1920 Summer Olympics – Heavyweight

The men's heavyweight boxing competition was the heaviest weight class, for boxers over 175 pounds (79.4 kg). It took place in Antwerp at the Antwerp Zoo auditorium from August 21 to 24, 1920. Nine boxers from eight nations competed.

Medalists:
- Gold: Ronald Rawson (Great Britain)
- Silver: Søren Petersen (Denmark)
- Bronze: Xavier Eluère (France)
