Pseudomonas lutea
Pseudomonas lutea is a species of bacteria in the genus Pseudomonas. It is Gram-negative, strictly aerobic (needs oxygen), non-spore-forming, motile, and rod-shaped. It was first isolated from the rhizosphere—the soil around grass roots—in Spain. The type strain is LMG 21974. The species was described in 2004 by Peix and colleagues.
