Roy Chamberlain "Polly" Wolfe (September 1, 1888 – November 21, 1938) was an American professional baseball outfielder. Born in Knoxville, Illinois, he batted left and threw right. Wolfe played parts of two major league seasons (1912 and 1914) for the Chicago White Sox, mainly as a right fielder.

He made his MLB debut on September 22, 1912, and his last game on August 31, 1914. In 9 major league games, he had a career batting average around .21, with 0 home runs and 0 runs batted in. In 1912 he pinch‑hit once and struck out; in 1914 he appeared in seven games in right field and pinch‑hit once more. He made one error, for a fielding percentage of .875.

Wolfe died in Morris, Illinois, at age 50.
