Polideportivo Municipal Carlos Cerutti
Polideportivo Municipal Carlos Cerutti is a sports arena in Córdoba, Argentina. It is owned by the Municipality and mainly used for basketball, serving as the home arena of the Atenas club. The arena seats about 3,500 people and has a parquet playing surface. Its address is Pinzón 1050, Córdoba, and there is parking available. It opened in 1988 and was renovated in 2021. Besides basketball, it hosts futsal, volleyball, roller hockey and boxing. It is named after Carlos Cerutti, a former Atenas player who died in a car accident in May 1990. In 2021 the Municipality refurbished the venue, installing new LED lighting and repairing the roof and floor; Club Atenas had previously paid for these repairs. In 2023 the city named different sectors of the arena after notable Cordobeses from national basketball, such as Marcelo Milanesio, Rubén Magnano, Fabricio Oberto and Héctor Campana.
