Pindorama Biological Reserve (Reserva Biológica de Pindorama) is a strict nature reserve in São Paulo state, Brazil. It is in the municipality of Pindorama, near Catanduva. The reserve covers 532.8 hectares and sits at 498–594 meters above sea level. It receives about 1,258 mm of rain each year, and the average temperature is 19.3°C in winter and 23.8°C in summer.

The reserve was created on January 6, 1986, by law no. 4,960, when the Pindorama Experimental Station of the Instituto Agronômico da Coordenadoria da Pesquisa Agropecuária became a biological reserve.

There are four fragments of surviving tropical semi-deciduous Atlantic Forest, totaling about 120 hectares. About 169 bird species have been identified here.
