Fernand Besnier

Fernand Emile Henri Besnier (27 March 1894 – 7 February 1977) was a French racing cyclist. Born in Courtomer, France, he competed as a professional rider and finished last in the 1925 Tour de France. Besnier died in Paris, France, at the age of 82.
