Boris Dmitriyevich Grishin (born January 4, 1938, in Moscow) is a Russian water polo player who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1964 Tokyo and 1968 Mexico City Olympics. He later became a water polo coach.

He was married to Olympic fencer Valentina Rastvorova. Their daughter, Yelena Grishina, is also an Olympic fencer. Yelena's son Sergey Bida is a world champion fencer who won a silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics and was ranked No. 1 in the world in 2020.

In 2023 Grishin moved to the United States after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. His son Yevgeny was also a successful water polo player.
