Pilgrim's Progress: Journey to Heaven
Pilgrim's Progress: Journey to Heaven is a 2008 American Christian film based on John Bunyan's classic 1678 novel The Pilgrim's Progress. It was written and directed by Danny Carrales and stars Daniel Kruse as Christian. Set in modern times, the story follows Christian as he worries about his family's safety after reading the Bible’s warning that the city will be destroyed by fire. When his warnings are dismissed by family and friends, he begins a journey toward the Celestial City to find safety and relief from his burden. The film, produced by DRC Films, is in English and was shown at the Merrimack Valley Christian Film Festival.
