Tennessee State Route 351

State Route 351 (SR 351) is a rural two-lane state highway in Greene County, Tennessee. It runs about 25.4 miles (40.9 km) from the southern edge near South Greene to the northern town of Newmansville, forming a partial loop around Greeneville and Tusculum.

Route overview
- It begins at a y-intersection with SR 70 and SR 107 near South Greene and heads northeast as the SR 107 Cutoff, running through farmland and close to the Nolichucky River. It encounters SR 350 along the way.
- SR 351 then becomes concurrent with SR 107 and is known as Erwin Highway as they turn southeast.
- The route splits from SR 107 at a y-intersection and becomes Chuckey Pike, winding northwest through farmland and crossing a Nolichucky River bridge.
- It passes through Chuckey, where it meets US 11E/US 321/SR 34, then continues northwest as Rheatown Road through rural areas.
- The highway ends in Newmansville at SR 93.

All of SR 351 is in Greene County and remains a rural, two-lane road throughout its length.

History and notes
