Pierre Legrand
Pierre Legrand (13 May 1834 – 31 May 1895) was a French politician during the Third Republic. He served as minister of commerce twice: from 7 August 1882 to 20 February 1883 and from 6 April 1885 to 6 January 1886, in the cabinets of Charles Duclerc, Armand Fallières and Henri Brisson. He was also minister of commerce and industry from 3 April 1888 to 3 February 1889 in the government of Charles Floquet.
