Phragmogibbera is a genus of fungi in the family Venturiaceae. It is classified in the kingdom Fungi, division Ascomycota, class Dothideomycetes, and order Venturiales. The genus was described by Samuels and Rogerson, and its type species is Phragmogibbera xylariicola. Known species include P. herbicola and P. xylariicola.
