Pinson Lamar "Phil" McCullough (July 22, 1917 – January 16, 2003) was an American professional baseball pitcher. He was born in Stockbridge, Georgia, and batted and threw right-handed. McCullough appeared in one Major League game for the Washington Senators in 1942. He died in Decatur, Georgia, at the age of 85. In his brief MLB career, he posted a 0–0 win–loss record with 2 strikeouts and a 6.00 ERA.
