Penthouse TV (Canada) is a Canadian English-language specialty channel that broadcasts adult entertainment, primarily feature-driven pornographic films licensed from Penthouse magazine. The channel is owned by Fifth Dimension Properties Inc., a company controlled by Stuart Duncan, the majority owner of Ten Broadcasting.

The service was approved by the CRTC in May 2007 as a national, English-language Category 2 specialty channel devoted to adult entertainment, including amateur and professional performances. It launched in July 2008 on Shaw Cable, with later launches on Shaw Direct (September 30, 2009) and Rogers Cable (October 15, 2009). Penthouse TV runs 24/7 with back-to-back films; about 100 movies are aired each month, each roughly four times. A Penthouse Digital Studios movie premieres every Friday night. The channel is headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario. Sister channels include Penthouse HDTV, Exxxtasy TV, Red Hot TV, and Skinemax HD.
