Paul Hugh Clitheroe AM (born 7 July 1955) is an English-born Australian financial expert, TV and radio presenter, and author. He was born in Nottingham, England, and studied at the University of New South Wales, where he earned a BA in the late 1970s.

In 1983 he co-founded Ipac Securities Limited with university friends, backed by his father’s funds. He is best known for hosting the Nine Network’s Money, a financial program that ran from 1993 to 2002, with specials in 2006. He also appeared on ABC radio’s Nightlife and on 2UE’s Money Clinic, and has written for several financial publications including the Herald Sun.

Clitheroe served as president of the Financial Planning Association of Australia in 1993–94. He has long promoted financial literacy and is chairman of the Australian Government Financial Literacy Board and Financial Literacy Australia. He chairs the InvestSMART Group and is the chairman and chief commentator of Money magazine.
