Partido Liberal Neto, Auténtico y Completo (Transparent, Authentic and Complete Liberal Party) was a Puerto Rican political party that existed from 1937 to 1948. It was founded by Luis Muñoz Marín after he was expelled from the Liberal Party on May 31, 1937. The party formed at Teatro Oliver in Arecibo on June 27, 1937, and later became the precursor to the Popular Democratic Party (PPD).
