Per Brogeland (born 27 January 1953) is a Norwegian former football midfielder and manager. He has been head coach of Lillestrøm and has managed clubs abroad, including Austrian side LASK Linz. He was sacked by LASK Linz while the team was third in the league and had reached the cup quarter-finals.

As a manager, he led Kongsvinger IL to a runners-up finish in Norway's top division in 1992. In the 1993 UEFA Cup, after beating Östers IF 7–2 on aggregate, Kongsvinger drew Juventus at home. His other managerial roles included Eidsvold Turn, Kongsvinger (in multiple spells), Hønefoss BK, and Lyn (2005–2008).
