John Bassett (by 1503 – 1550 or 1551)
John Bassett (c. 1503 – 1550/1551) of Uley, Gloucestershire, was an English politician. He served as a Member of Parliament for Midhurst in 1529. He married twice: first to Faith, a widow whose maiden name was Love, and then to a woman named Joan.
