Parlovr
Parlovr was a Canadian indie rock band from Montreal, active from 2007 to 2013. The lineup featured Alex Cooper (vocals and keyboard), Louis David Jackson (vocals and guitar), and Jeremy McCuish (drums).
They released a self-titled debut album in 2008, which Dine Alone Records re-released in 2010 along with the EP Hell/Heaven/Big/Love. The band toured across Canada, the United States, Europe, and China to promote the album. In 2010, their song "All the World Is All That Is the Case" was used in Degrassi: The Next Generation.
Their second album, Kook Soul, came out in 2012 and was long-listed for the Polaris Music Prize. In 2013, Cooper formed Mori, while Jackson and McCuish started Nanimal.
