Andrey Gennadyevich Makolov (born 12 June 1998 in Tolyatti, Russia) is a Russian artistic gymnast who has represented Russia since 2013. He competes for Olympus Tolyatti and is coached by head coach Andrei Radionenko, with Evgeny Nikolko, A. Shestakova, O.A. Yarygin and P.V. Denisov as assistants.

As a junior, Makolov won several medals. At the 2014 Hope of Russia he took gold in the all-around, floor and vault, with silvers on pommel horse, rings and parallel bars. In 2015 he became the Russian Junior All-Around champion and also won gold in Team, Rings and Vault, with strong results in other events. He also won gold at the 2015 Russian Summer Student Games and joined the Russian junior team in 2013, competing in the Alexei Nemov Cup.

In 2016 he moved up to the senior level for the Volga Federal District and helped win team gold at the Russian Championships. At the 2016 European Junior Championships, Russia won team silver; Makolov earned all-around silver, gold in vault and horizontal bar, and silver in floor, with top-eight finishes in pommel horse, parallel bars and rings.

In 2017 he suffered an injury and did not compete internationally, but he returned later that year at the Russian Cup, finishing ninth all-around and earning bronze with the team, while placing seventh on rings in apparatus finals.
