Paramesh Sivamani (born 1967) is a senior officer in the Indian Coast Guard who serves as the 26th Director General of the Coast Guard. He previously held the post of Additional Director General and has commanded Coast Guard Regions East and West, as well as the Eastern Seaboard.

Joining the Indian Coast Guard in July 1989, he has spent more than three decades in leadership roles ashore and afloat. At sea, he has commanded major vessels such as the Advanced Offshore Patrol Vessel Samar and the Offshore Patrol Vessel Vishwast. He is an alumnus of the National Defence College, New Delhi, and the Defence Services Staff College, Wellington.

Paramesh Sivamani has been honored with several awards, including the Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (2025), the President’s Tatrakshak Medal (2019), the Tatrakshak Medal (2014), and commendations from the Director General Coast Guard (2012) and FOCINC East (2009). He is married to Priya, and they have a son named Pranav.
