Luis Manuel Orejuela García (born 20 August 1995) is a Colombian footballer who plays as a right-back for Deportivo Cali. He was born in Cali and came through Cali’s youth system, making his first-team debut in August 2013. He became a regular starter in 2016 and scored his first senior goal later that year.

In August 2017 he signed a five-year contract with Ajax in the Netherlands, starting with Jong Ajax and later joining the Ajax first team. He moved to Cruzeiro on loan in January 2019, and Cruzeiro later bought part of his rights. He was loaned to Grêmio in 2020.

In March 2021 he signed with São Paulo. He spent 2022 on loan at Grêmio and then Athletico Paranaense, and in 2023 he was on loan at Ceará. He also played for Independiente Medellín on loan in 2023–2024. In 2025 he returned to Deportivo Cali.

Internationally, Orejuela represented Colombia at the under-20 level and earned five senior caps after making his national team debut in March 2019.
