Oyilattam (Dance of Grace) is a 1991 Tamil dance film written and directed by R. Sundarrajan. It stars C. Ranganathan (credited as Raghunath) and Charmila in their lead debuts. The film was released on 2 October 1991 by Leo International. Music was composed by Deva with lyrics by Kalidasan. Charmila, a former child actress, makes her first leading role here, while C. Ranganathan later directed films like Coimbatore Mappillai (1996) and Tata Birla (1996) and was credited as Raghunath in the title credits. The title means Dance of Grace. A Kalki reviewer, C. R. K., said the film resembles other village-centered stories but has a strong rustic atmosphere; the reviewer praised Sundarrajan’s acting but felt the story stalls after Radha Ravi’s arrival, and concluded that although the rhythm falters at times, Oyilattam is modestly beautiful.
