Oxyrhachis

Oxyrhachis is a small genus of African grasses in the Poaceae family. There is only one known species, Oxyrhachis gracillima, which is native to Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Cameroon, Tanzania, Madagascar, and parts of South Africa (KwaZulu-Natal and the Cape Province). The species has also been called Rottboellia gracillima and Oxyrhachis mildbraediana, with Oxyrhachis mildbraediana listed as the type species of the genus.
