Otelfingen railway station

Otelfingen railway station is in Otelfingen, in the canton of Zurich, Switzerland. It lies on the Furttal railway line between Wettingen and Zurich Oerlikon and is in ZVV fare zone 111. The station has two side platforms and two tracks and is operated by Swiss Federal Railways. Trains on the Zurich S-Bahn line S6 stop here, running every half hour between Baden and Uetikon via Zurich, with about 30 minutes to reach Zürich Hauptbahnhof. On weekend nights there is a nighttime S-Bahn service, SN6. Local buses connect the station with Otelfingen and Boppelsen via VBG bus route 450, which runs twice an hour from Monday through Saturday. Otelfingen Golfpark is the other station in the municipality. In the past, Otelfingen was a junction with the Niederglatt-Otelfingen line, which closed to through trains in 1937, but a short stretch remains as a siding just east of the station.
