Ons Geestelijk Erf
Ons Geestelijk Erf, meaning “Our Spiritual Heritage” in Dutch, is a quarterly, peer‑reviewed academic journal about the history of spirituality in the Low Countries (Belgium and the Netherlands). It was founded in 1927 by Jesuit D. A. Stracke and is published by Peeters for the Ruusbroec Institute of the University of Antwerp. The journal publishes research in multiple languages: Dutch, English, German, and French, and it is edited by Kees Schepers. When it started, it was supported by Catholic church leaders Jozef-Ernest van Roey, archbishop of Mechelen, and Henricus van de Wetering, archbishop of Utrecht; Titus Brandsma was a member of the founding editorial committee. Ons Geestelijk Erf remains a quarterly publication. Official website: https://www.uantwerpen.be/en/research-groups/ruusbroec-institute/ons-geestelijk-erf/
