Oncotophasma is a Neotropical genus of stick insects (order Phasmatodea) in the family Diapheromeridae. The genus was created by James Abram Garfield Rehn in 1904 and is distinguished from the related genus Bostra by features of the males’ legs: the hind femur bears spines, and the mid femur has two spines at the apex.
