Chryseobacterium aquifrigidense

Chryseobacterium aquifrigidense is a non-motile bacterium in the genus Chryseobacterium. It was isolated from a water cooling system in Gwangyang, South Korea. It belongs to the family Weeksellaceae, order Flavobacteriales, class Flavobacteriia, phylum Bacteroidota, within the domain Bacteria. It was first described in 2008 by Park and colleagues. The type strains are CIP 110377, CW9, JCM 14756, and KCTC 12894.
