Onchidoris hystricina

Onchidoris hystricina (Bergh, 1879) is a shell-less sea slug, a dorid nudibranch in the family Onchidorididae. It was described from a specimen collected by William Healey Dall in Alaska, at Kyska Island in the Aleutian Islands. Some scientists consider Onchidoris hystricina to be the same species as Onchidoris muricata. The name has also been used incorrectly for Diaphorodoris lirulatocauda along the Pacific coast of the United States and Canada.
