Odoreu (Hungarian: Szatmárudvari) is a commune in Satu Mare County, Romania. It is made up of six villages: Berindan, Cucu, Eteni, Mărtinești, Odoreu and Vânătorești. The commune lies in the north-central part of the county, just east of the city of Satu Mare, and since 2013 it has been part of the Satu Mare metropolitan area. The DN19F road passes through Odoreu, connecting Satu Mare to Apa, and the Odoreu train station is on CFR Main Line 400, which runs from Brașov to Satu Mare.

Population history:
- 2002: 4,855 people (69.33% Romanians, 26.77% Hungarians, 3.46% Roma). Mother tongue: Romanian 69.45%, Hungarian 30.33%.
- 2011: 4,946 people (65.77% Romanians, 23.21% Hungarians, 7% Roma).
- 2021: 5,569 people (65.27% Romanians, 18.24% Hungarians, 6.03% Roma).
