Oaxaca sparrow (Aimophila notosticta) is a small bird found only in Oaxaca, a state in Mexico. It lives in dry forests and thorn scrub. It belongs to the Passerellidae family. The IUCN lists it as Least Concern (IUCN 3.1), but its population is slowly declining because its habitat is being lost.
