Nizhniye Termy (Russian: Нижние Термы; Bashkir: Түбәнге Тирмә, Tübänge Tirmä) is a small village in Bashkortostan, Russia. It is part of Yeremeyevsky Selsoviet in Chishminsky District. The village has five streets and a population of 331 people as of 2010. It lies about 10 kilometers west of Chishmy, the district’s administrative center. The nearest rural locality is Verkhniye Termy. The local time zone is UTC+5:00.
