Nisifolo Naufahu (born 30 October 1977 in Auckland) is a former rugby union player from Tonga. He was a forward, mainly playing as a flanker, but also as number 8 and lock. He stood 6 ft 5 in (196 cm) tall and weighed about 257 lb (117 kg) during his career.

He played for Tonga internationally from 2001 to 2003, earning 16 caps and scoring 10 points. He made his debut against Fiji in Nuku'alofa on 25 May 2001 and was part of the 2003 Rugby World Cup squad, playing two games, including the pool match against Canada on 29 October 2003 in Wollongong, which was his last international appearance.

At the club level, Naufahu played in New Zealand’s National Provincial Championship for Hawke's Bay and Northland. He later moved to France, where he played for RC Orléans, US Oyonnax, and US Annecy from 2005 to 2014.
