Montreal Royales

Montreal Royales were a Canadian Baseball League team that existed only in 2003. Based in Montreal, Quebec, they never had a home ballpark and played all nine home games in neutral cities, including Sherbrooke’s Amedée Roy Stadium. They were a road team for the entire season and finished last in their division with a 10-22 record. They did not win any championships. Manager: Gary Roenicke. Team colors: royal blue, red, and gold. They were not related to the earlier Montreal Royals (1939–1960). The Canadian Baseball League was short-lived and folded after 2003.
