Niall Mór O'Neill, or Niall Mór Ó Néill in Irish, was the lord of Clandeboye in medieval Ireland. He took over from his father, Conn O'Neill, when Conn died in 1482 and ruled until Niall’s own death in 1512, after which his son Hugh O'Neill became lord. His nickname Mór means "great." His main home was Edenduffcarrick by Lough Neagh in what is now County Antrim, Northern Ireland. The Annals of the Four Masters say he did not pay homage to Tyrone's O'Neill, to the O'Donnell, or to the English. He was married to Inion Dubh, daughter of Hugh Roe O'Donnell, king of Tyrconnell. Five of his sons would later become lords of Clandeboye.
