Darren Daniel (born 13 September 1986) is a Welsh rugby union player who played on the wing. He was born in Burry Port, Wales, and is 1.83 meters tall, weighing about 97 kilograms during his career.

Daniel began with Llanelli RFC in 2004 and worked his way up to the Scarlets regional side in 2005. He made his Scarlets debut on 20 August 2005 against Worcester Warriors and scored his first try a few days later in a friendly against a Scarlets Regional Select XV. In the 2005–06 season he mostly played for Llanelli but appeared five times for the Scarlets, scoring one try.

In the 2006–07 Magners League, Daniel became a regular for the Scarlets, playing 21 matches and scoring 10 tries, including a hat-trick against the Glasgow Warriors. Competition for places and the World Cup affected his consistency in the following season. He also earned a spot with Wales Sevens for the 2009–10 IRB Sevens World Series.

Daniel was released by the Scarlets in July 2010 and signed with Carmarthen Quins. He later played for London Irish’s A side, and in 2011 joined the Cornish Pirates, where he started two games and had a loan spell with Launceston. In 2012 he returned to Carmarthen Quins, staying there until 2014.

Internationally, Daniel represented Wales at U16, U18, U19 and U21 levels, and he played for the Wales Sevens team in 2009.
