Aram Zaveni Sargsyan (born January 2, 1961) is an Armenian politician and civil engineer. He is the younger brother of Vazgen Sargsyan. After his brother was assassinated, Aram Sargsyan served as Armenia’s prime minister from November 3, 1999, to May 2, 2000. He studied civil engineering at Yerevan Polytechnic University.

In 2001 he founded the Hanrapetutyun Party and has led it since. He was part of the Republican Party of Armenia until 2001. Over the years he has been involved with several political groups: he supported Levon Ter-Petrosyan in the 2008 presidential election; he was elected to the National Assembly in 2017 on the Way Out Alliance list (serving 2017–2019); he had been elected to the National Assembly in 2012 with the Armenian National Congress but did not take the seat; and he co-led the Bright Alliance for the 2018 Yerevan City Council elections.

In the 2021 Armenian parliamentary elections, he led Hanrapetutyun as its prime minister candidate, and the party won 3.04% of the vote, finishing fifth. In May 2024 he joined the United Platform of Democratic Forces.
