Neues vom Süderhof is a German children's TV show about the Brendel family who live on the Süderhof farm. Dr. Günter Brendel is a veterinarian and his wife Sonia is an author. They live with their two daughters, Bimbo and Molle, and Grandma and Grandpa Brendel live nearby. After Günter’s brother and his wife die in a plane crash, the Brendels adopt their three children—Dany, Peggy, and Benny—so the five siblings grow up together on the farm. The series follows their everyday life, friendships, school, and family worries, including grief, money troubles, and farming life.

The show was written by Marlies Kerremans and is based on Brigitte Blobel’s novels. It aired in Germany from 1991 to 1997. Süderhof I had 13 episodes on ARD (1991–1993), and Süderhof II had 39 episodes on NDR (1995–1997). Because the children in the books do not age, the later seasons used a mostly new cast, and a special episode Visiting the Süderhof introduced the new actors. The opening theme “Wir sind die Kinder vom Süderhof” was written by Rolf Zuckowski.

Filming took place mainly at a horse farm in Handeloh and in nearby towns around Hamburg. The show was very popular and was shown again many times, including on Tigerenten Club. It also inspired a radio play based on the first 13 episodes, released in 1998, and a 1998 CD-ROM edutainment game with clips and information about animals and the environment.
