Neopilina rebainsi is a species of small marine mollusk that looks like a limpet. It belongs to the class Monoplacophora. The species was described in 1983 by Moskalev, Starobogatov and Filatova. The specimen used to describe the species was found southeast of the Falkland Islands in the Southern Atlantic Ocean. Neopilina rebainsi is dioecious, meaning individuals are male or female.
