The Needham House is a historic home on Meadow Road near Chesham village in Harrisville, New Hampshire. Built in 1845 by John Needham, it is a simple but well-preserved example of Greek Revival style.

The house sits on the western edge of Chesham, on the east side of Meadow Road just north of Chesham Road. It is a 2 1/2-story wooden building with a gabled roof and clapboard siding. The front faces east and has two bays, but looks longer because an attached 1 1/2-story ell sits flush with the main block. The main entrance features typical Greek Revival details, with full-length sidelights and a peaked lintel. The ell has a secondary entrance under a shed-roof porch, and a second single-story ell extends to the right.

The Needham House was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. It is known locally for its distinctive entry styling. Over the years it has been owned by several prominent local families, including Prentiss Greenwood, a Pottersville postmaster. The property covers about 1.2 acres.
