Nagasu Station (長洲駅) is a JR Kyushu railway station in the town of Nagasu, Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. It is on the Kagoshima Main Line, 159.4 km from Mojikō. Local and rapid trains stop here.

The station has one side platform and one island platform, serving three tracks. The building is a bridge-style design: the ticket window, waiting area and ticket gates are on a bridge that spans the tracks, with entrances on both the south and north sides. Access to the platforms is by stairs.

Management is outsourced to JR Kyushu Tetsudou Eigyou Co. The ticket counter has a Midori no Madoguchi (full-service ticket office).

History: Nagasu Station opened on 1 April 1891 as part of the Kyushu Railway. It became part of the Kagoshima Main Line in 1909. After privatization in 1987, JR Kyushu took over.

Passenger use: In fiscal year 2020, about 525 boarding passengers daily, ranking 211th among JR Kyushu stations.
