Seán Óg Farrell (born December 1971) is a former Irish hurler from Edenderry, County Offaly. He played for his local club Edenderry as a dual player, taking part in both hurling and Gaelic football. He won an Offaly Junior A Hurling Championship medal in 1998 and added a second in 2022. He also won three Offaly Senior Football Championship medals with Edenderry between 1999 and 2011, alongside his brother Cillian.

At inter-county level, Farrell first played for Offaly under-21, where he won the Leinster Under-21 Hurling Championship. He then played in the 1992 All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship final, which Offaly lost to Waterford. He made his senior debut for Offaly in the National Hurling League in October 1992 and appeared in league games over the next few seasons. He was an unused substitute when Offaly won the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship in 1994 after beating Limerick.
