Na Hom (Thai: นาห่อม) is a tambon (subdistrict) in the western part of Thung Si Udom District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, Thailand. It covers about 45 square kilometers and had a population of 4,640 people in 2021 (1,451 households). It borders Tha Khlo, Thung Thoeng, Nong Om, and Khok Chamrae.

History: After a 1992 reorganization that created Thung Si Udom as a minor district from Det Udom, the lower part of Thung Thoeng tambon, with nine villages, became Na Hom in 1993 and has been part of Thung Si Udom since then. The area was governed by a Subdistrict Council until May 25, 1997, when it became the Na Hom Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO).

Geography: Na Hom sits on gently rolling land between the Lam Dom Yai River to the east and Huai Khayung Creek to the west.

Administration: The tambon is divided into eight mubans (villages). Na Hom village is further divided into three community groups. The whole subdistrict is governed by the Na Hom SAO.
