Serdar Kurtuluş (born 23 July 1987) is a Turkish former footballer who played mainly as a right back. He came through Bursaspor’s youth system in his hometown of Bursa and made his first-team debut at 17 on 28 August 2005 against Mardinspor. He scored his only goal for Bursaspor on 2 April 2006 against İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor, a season that saw Bursaspor win promotion to the Süper Lig.

In 2006 he joined Beşiktaş as part of a squad refresh. Beşiktaş paid Bursaspor $1 million plus players Sinan Kaloğlu and Eser Yağmur for his transfer. At Beşiktaş he was mainly used as a right back, though coach Jean Tigana also tried him as a defensive midfielder. After three seasons with Beşiktaş, he moved to Gaziantepspor in 2009, and then returned to Beşiktaş in 2013. He finished his career with Bursaspor (2016–2018).

Internationally, Kurtuluş represented Turkey at youth levels and earned six senior caps between 2007 and 2013. He made his senior debut in a match against Brazil on 5 June 2007. He also played at the 2005 Mediterranean Games and was part of the Turkey U21 team. His brother Serkan Kurtuluş is also a professional footballer.
