Meine Schwester und ich (My Sister and I) is a 1929 German silent comedy directed by Manfred Noa. It stars Mady Christians, Hans Junkermann and Jack Trevor, and was shot at the National Studios in Berlin. The film’s art directors were Ferdinand Bellan and Alexander Ferenczy. It is an adaptation of the French play Ma sœur et moi by Louis Verneuil and Georges Berr. Rights to make the film were reportedly difficult to secure. Produced by National Film and released on 27 August 1929, it features cinematography by Frederik Fuglsang and music by Pasquale Perris. It is a silent film with German intertitles, and Noa’s direction was praised.
